The Punjab Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) have announced key updates for the 2025 academic year, focusing on examination schedules, admission timelines, and passing criteria.
Examination Schedules:
- 9th Class (SSC Part I): Examinations are expected to commence on March 18, 2025. While the official date sheet has yet to be released, students are advised to prepare accordingly and confirm specifics with their respective boards.
- 10th Class (SSC Part II): The annual examinations are scheduled to begin on March 4, 2025. The date sheet was announced in January 2025, detailing subject-wise exam dates and times.
Admission Schedules:
- 9th Class Admissions: The schedule for the 2025 annual examinations is as follows:
- Commencement of Exams: March 8, 2025
- Admission Form Deadlines:
- Single Fee: December 16, 2024, to January 16, 2025
- Double Fee: January 17 to January 27, 2025
- Triple Fee: January 28 to February 7, 2025
- 10th Class Admissions: The admission timeline is as follows:
- Commencement of Exams: March 4, 2025Admission Form Deadlines:

Passing Marks Update:
Effective from the 2025 academic session, the Punjab Board has increased the passing marks for 9th class examinations from 33% to 40%. Additionally, the total marks have been adjusted from 550 to 600, incorporating an additional 50 marks for Quranic studies. This change requires students to secure at least 40% in each subject to pass.

یونیورسٹی آف انجینئرنگ اینڈ ٹیکنالوجی (UET) لاہور کی طرف سے منعقد کیے جانے والے 2025 کے پہلے ECAT ٹیسٹ میں اپلائی کرنے کی آخری تاریخ میں ایک دن کی توسیع کردی گئی ہے۔ طلبہ 04 مارچ تک اپلائی کرسکتے ہیں جبکہ رول نمبر سلپس 05 مارچ سے پرنٹ کی جاسکیں گی۔
